The Belgian Football Association announced on Tuesday a friendly match for the Red Devils in preparation for Euro 2024. On June 9, Domenico Tedesco's men will face Luxembourg at the King Baudouin Stadium at 4 p.m.
This marks the first encounter in a decade, with the last meeting between the two neighbors dating back to May 2014 (5-1 in Genk), which witnessed Romelu Lukaku's first hat-trick in the national team.
The Red Devils will gather at the national center in Tubize on June 3. In addition to Luxembourg, another friendly is scheduled before heading to Germany on June 12 to their hotel north of Stuttgart.
In the Euro tournament, Belgium will face Slovakia on June 17, Romania on June 22, and the winner of a playoff on June 26.
